As a Program Services Coordinator, Yolanda facilitates the daily logistics and delivery of VPAL online courses. She supports a learner's journey through admissions, registration, and completion of course(s). Prior to Harvard VPAL, Yolanda worked at Southern Methodist University's continuing education department. Yolanda holds a B.S. in Speech Language Pathology, Audiology, Child Learning and Development from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Project Management Certificate from Southern Methodist University. She is currently working on her ALM at Harvard's Extension School with a concentration in Government. In her free time, she loves exploring New England towns, thrifting, eating croissants and taking nature walks. Yolanda was born and raised in Dallas, TX.
