As the Senior Director of Program Operations at VPAL, Vicky oversees Program and Support Services, Intellectual Property and Compliance, and Project Management. Her team provides expertise and support in the design, development, and delivery of VPAL’s online learning experiences. Vicky works closely with project teams on the strategic allocation of resources and plays a senior leadership role in informing best practices in content development and workflows.

Vicky has over 20 years of experience working within educational content development, in both secondary and higher education. She holds a BS in Mathematics from Bowdoin College with a minor in Economics. Outside of VPAL, Vicky is on the Board of Directors of the Martin Richard Foundation and volunteers as a track coach for Youth Enrichment Services, which provides affordable and impactful sports-based youth development and leadership programming for Boston youth.
