Kara Constantine
Project Manager
As the Platform Project Manager, Kara Constantine drives cross-functional technology and data initiatives spanning Harvard’s Learning Experience Platform (LXP), Salesforce CRM, and other digital platforms. Her work brings together business, technology, and data teams to deliver platform implementations, data migrations, and process improvements.
Previously, Kara was a Project/Product Manager at Boston College’s Affirm Lab, where she helped design, develop, and implement research-backed online courses for mental health providers and school staff. She holds a B.A. from Boston College and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
