Kara Constantine
Project Manager
As the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) Project Manager, Kara Constantine plays a central role in multiple LXP workstreams within VPAL, coordinating with Harvard Schools, programs, and external partners to ensure successful LXP adoption. Kara previously worked as a Project/Product Manager at Boston College’s Affirm Lab, which designs, develops, and implements research-backed online courses for mental health providers and school staff. Kara holds a B.A. in Sociology and Economics from Boston College and has a Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
