SUMMARY:The Tools of the New Capitalism
DESCRIPTION:
Shareholder Capitalism arose, in part, as a way for corporations to participate in strengthening democratic institutions to combat the Soviet Union. In this talk, Professor Ethan Rouen will discuss how Capitalism is evolving to address these issues, and what tools are needed to maximize private sector participation in developing solutions.
